Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and managing correspondence.
Sales Assistance: Engage with prospective participants and partners, providing information about our workshops, retreats, and programs to drive registrations and bookings.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with current and potential clients through follow-up communications and personalized interactions.
Data Management: Help manage databases and keep track of inquiries, registrations, and sales activities.
Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all logistical details are handled smoothly.
Qualifications:
Experience & Attitude: While a background in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is beneficial, we prioritize hands-on experience and a positive attitude toward community engagement.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to various tasks as needed.
