DESCRIPTION:‘Shrimath Yoga Nidra’ is a 9-level practice designed with inputs from Swami Satyananda’s method and Bhagawan Ramana’s teachings with Swami Poornananda’s grace. \n\n\n\nThe 3 objectives of this practice are: relax\, manifest and realise. \n\n\n\nWith a strong grounding in Yoga-Vedanta of Adi Sankara\, Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Shrimath Bhagawad Gita\, as well as utilising the advancement and researches in neuroscience and allied fields\, the sessions are designed and facilitated. \n\n\n\nThe uniqueness of our courses is the emphasis on practice as we realised that Shrimath Yoga Nidra is a Sadhana in itself. \n\n\n\n7:00 pm (Arrival at Location) \n\n\n\n12 June\, 2026\, Friday \n\n\n\n6:00 am to 8:30 pm \n\n\n\n13 June\, 2026\, Saturday \n\n\n\n6:00am to 4:00pm \n\n\n\n14 June\, 2026\, Sunday. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\nMore Details
