Contact Improvisation from the ground up

This workshop is designed to help participants explore the power of movement as a tool for self-expression, creativity, and connection with others. Through guided exercises, improvisation, and partner/group activities, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their body’s potential and its ability to communicate beyond words. The workshop is open to all levels—whether you’re an experienced dancer, a performer, or someone interested in discovering the joy of movement. No prior experience is required, as the focus will be on exploration rather than technique.
