Join Italian pedagogue and dancer Alice Lizzola for an immersive journey that bridges dance, circus arts, and the ancient art of clownery to cultivate profound self-awareness and authentic expression. Through three powerful stages, Alice guides participants to explore their own bodies deeply:

1. Body Awakening – Begin with a dynamic warm-up designed to awaken every part of the body, connecting breath with movement to set an internal rhythm.

2. Technical Exploration – Move into focused exercises in clownery and juggling, emphasizing techniques that cultivate self-acceptance, embrace vulnerability, and bring balance to life’s dualities.

3. Free Expression – Conclude with a raw, unstructured period for self-expression, where participants can integrate their newfound skills and freely explore the beauty of imperfection.
