Zariya Exhibit Guidelines

Open to artists and artisans from diverse fields, including but not limited to visual arts, craft makers, zine makers, independent designers, sculptors, illustrators, textiles, and photography.

Stall Size: approximately 5 ft x 5 ft space 

 

Provided with one table, chairs, and ambient lighting. Bring your own display materials if needed.

 

(Requests for additional space must be made during the application process and are subject to availability.)

Setup & Clearance:

Artists can arrive and begin setting up stalls as per your pass on the day of the event.

Stalls must be cleared by 10:00 PM, with waste disposed of properly.

 

We encourage minimum use of plastic and adopt eco-friendly practices wherever possible.

 

Artists manage their own sales.

No commission charged on any sales made during Zariya.

 

Limited parking is available for participants.

 

Vinyasa Earth will promote exhibitors and the event through social media, and other communication channels.
