Ankita’s Table
April 12 | 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm

A seasonal, mindful food experience at Vinyasa Earth
At Vinyasa Earth, we gather not just to eat—
but to remember.
Ankita’s Table is a hosted dinner rooted in the rhythms of Rajasthan—where food is seasonal, stories are shared, and every meal carries memory.
Ankita, shaped by a childhood close to the land, brings to the table a way of cooking that is intuitive, grounded, and deeply nourishing. Through this experience, she invites you into a slower relationship with food—one that goes beyond taste and into understanding.
What This Experience Holds
- A fixed, curated Rajasthani menu inspired by the season
- Dishes that are traditional at heart, sometimes reimagined in subtle, contemporary ways
- Ingredients sourced locally, with some coming directly from the Vinyasa farm
- A hosted, intimate dinner with a maximum of 16 people
This is not a restaurant.
There is no ordering, no rushing.
You arrive, you are received, and the evening unfolds.

The Flow of the Evening
- Arrival
You are welcomed into the space—set differently each time, depending on the theme. - Seasonal Welcome Drink
A simple, local preparation that reflects the time of year. - Ankita’s Opening Circle
A gentle beginning—stories of the menu, the season, and the ingredients. - An Interactive Moment
A small activity—perhaps touching the ingredients, participating in preparation, or a short farm walk. - The Meal
Served with intention.
Conversations move between memories, food practices, and lived experiences—guided by Ankita, but allowed to flow naturally. - Closing Circle
A quiet pause to gather, reflect, and complete the experience.
The Intention
To create a space where food becomes:
- Mindful — eaten with presence
- Seasonal — aligned with the body and climate

- Nostalgic — evoking what we already know, but may have forgotten
