A night that feels like childhood. A sleep that feels like home.

Do you remember sleeping on the terrace at your nani or dadi’s house?

After dinner, everyone would carry their bedding outside.
We’d lie under the open sky, talk softly, and slowly fall asleep — with stars above and loved ones
nearby.

We’re bringing that feeling back — here at Vinyasa.

We’ll gather in our open-air amphitheater, eat a quiet dinner together, and lie down under the stars.
Raman Acharya will play a live flute sound bath — soft, soothing, like a lullaby — to help us rest deeply.

No rush. No phones. Just stillness, music, and sky.

Raman performs solo sets that centre the bamboo flute as a meditative, emotional force.

Whether in a cozy baithak or on a festival stage, he plays music that slows things down.

Retreat Itinerary

Day 1 – Saturday, 23-August


6:00 PM – Arrive and settle in


6:30 PM – Welcome circle with a warm drink


8:00 PM – Simple, home-style dinner

9:30 PM – Flute Sound Bath by Raman in the amphitheater — lie down, listen, and fall asleep under the stars

Day 2 – Sunday, 24-August

5:30 AM – Wake up with the sunrise

6.00 AM – Short nature walk and gentle stretching


8:30 AM – Breakfast at Vinyasa


10:00 AM – Check out

You’ll sleep together in Vinyasa’s open-air amphitheater.
Mattresses, blankets, and pillows will be provided. (If it rains, we’ll move indoors.)
