Under the Stars is designed as an evening of deep rest—where sound, space, and slow living come together to help you reset.

We begin with an immersive sound bath session, where calming frequencies guide you into a meditative, restorative state.

This is followed by a wholesome, thoughtfully curated dinner—light, nourishing, and easy to digest, crafted to complement the experience.

For those staying overnight, the journey continues into the next morning with gentle yoga and a mindful breakfast, allowing you to return feeling grounded, clear, and recharged.

Vikas is a yoga practitioner and facilitator focused on mindful movement, yoga, sound bath, and inner stillness.

His sessions are designed to be accessible to all, combining traditional practices with a calm, grounded approach that helps participants slow down and reconnect.
