Ankita’s Table

June 6 | 4:00 pm 8:00 pm

A seasonal, mindful food experience at Vinyasa Earth

Not a restaurant. Not a menu to order from. A living, breathing meal shaped by the season, the soil, and the people who show up.

Once a month. Sixteen people. One long table. This is what dinner was always supposed to feel like.

Most meals disappear from memory by morning. This one won’t. Because you didn’t just eat — you remembered something.

She doesn’t cook for you.
She cooks with memory.

Ankita didn’t learn to cook from recipes. She learned from her grandmother’s hands, from the smell of a mustard field in winter, from the way certain dishes only appear in certain weeks of the year — because the ingredients simply aren’t ready yet.

What she brings to the table isn’t technique. It’s memory. Hers, and eventually, yours.

At Ankita’s Table, food is the vehicle — not the destination. The destination is the conversation it starts, the stillness it creates, the thing you carry home that has nothing to do with being full.

Three hours. No clocks. No rushing.

Each edition of Ankita’s Table is a little different — the theme, the menu, the welcome drink all shift with the season. But the arc of the evening holds.

i – You arrive. You are received.
Not checked in. Not handed a menu. Received — the way you’d arrive at someone’s home who has been expecting you.

ii – A welcome drink that tastes like the month
A small, seasonal preparation — fermented, fresh, or foraged — that tells you something about what the land is doing right now.

iii – Ankita opens the circle
She tells you what you’re about to eat, where it came from, and why it belongs to this particular week of this particular year. It changes everything about how it tastes.

iv – You touch the food before you eat it
A moment of participation — rolling dough, grinding spice, or simply walking the farm where your meal grew. Hands before forks.

v – The meal. Unhurried. Unconditional.
A curated Rajasthani menu served with intention. Conversation moves the way good conversation does — wherever it wants to go, guided gently by Ankita.

vi – A quiet close
A pause to sit with it. Reflect. Let the evening settle. Then, when you’re ready, the world waits.
