My First Blog……

As on April 8th, 2025………

It all started when I was deeply in tough times while having 6 months of rough phase and one night I was just crying and panicking about what am I really going to do this year with my kitchen and then I found a ray of hope through Vinyasa Earth in the form of Artist Escape!

It’s been a while I did what I want to and that’s my art expression and that for me always happens through my food or my dance or me being on stage performing. Then I decided to leave from Hyderabad & my toxic job and take a break hoping eventually things will happen on its course.
Yes, and it did happen and after I took this decision other things started shaping up too and hence here, I am right at Vinyasa Earth immersing myself in the nature and writing my first blog ever.

Travelled, started meeting my people and came here and was excited for meeting new people and that’s my all-time stress buster. Relaxed, tried to live here in a minimalistic way like back to roots kind of feeling and felt so nostalgic missing my maternal village and started dancing again and been myself.

Also, I am damn excited on my curated farm to table dining experience on 12th April here and can’t wait for it!
Food is an art for me and I am extremely passionate about it. Right from each & every small thing and that’s how today I am going to share about my “All Time Happy Chai Wala Moments” like how we say Meri Wali Maggi……

Chai for me is only Adrak wali, patli wali, kadak wali and aadha doodh and aadha paani wali with brown sugar or jaggery swaadh anusaar but the best part of it is you boil it until it is strong and kadak which makes it perfect!
Also, a big shout out and tip for extra masala wala feeling or strong feeling on a dizzy day with cold or fever is use “Samahan” in your chai or with hot water and this is available in sachet form only in Bangalore medical shops but wait you don’t have to go to blore it is also available on Amazon so you can literally stock it up through pre-orders.
Trust me I vouch this a lot and it’s the best product ever because it is most importantly like “a kaada or an immunity booster “. All my known people or whoever I talk I would definitely suggest this.

My favourite non-negotiable is Poha is only with Chai and if not ginger at least double dose of Samahan in it by the way it has little sweetness so while you adding Samahan please check the taste and then add sugar or jaggery or any sweetener. Also, I am a both Chai and Coffee person so both in a day are must to keep me going. On this high with chai wala feeling……
