About the Role
Graphic Design Projects: Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling graphics for various digital and print materials, including social media content, website assets, marketing collateral, and packaging design.
Conceptualization and Ideation: Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with the company's brand identity and values. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative strategies.
Design Execution: Translate conceptual ideas into polished designs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements within specified timelines.
Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual elements and messaging across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines. Ensure that designs reflect the company's ethos of sustainability, wellness, and environmental consciousness.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members to understand project objectives and requirements. Communicate effectively to gather feedback and incorporate revisions into design iterations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Passion for Design: Demonstrated interest in graphic design and a strong desire to contribute to meaningful projects that promote positive change.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas. Keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Previous experience with digital illustration and/or motion graphics is a plus but not required.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with team members.
Commitment and Reliability: Reliable internet access and the ability to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexible schedule to accommodate virtual meetings and project deadlines.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and demonstrating proficiency in various design styles and techniques.
Compensation:
Food Allowance: Access to complimentary meals provided by Vinyasa Earth during working hours.
Accommodation: Shared accommodation in company-provided housing (if applicable) for the duration of the internship.
Additional Information:
This is an unpaid volunteer position.
Your stay and food will be covered at Vinyasa if you choose to work onsite.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to work on real projects and gain valuable experience in a supportive environment.
Flexible scheduling allows volunteers to contribute according to their availability and commitments.
