About the Role
Content Creation: Assist in the development of engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with our target audience.
Social Media Management: Support the management of company social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Contribute ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and promotional events. Help coordinate logistics and manage campaign assets as needed.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign effectiveness using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms. Compile data and prepare reports to evaluate marketing performance and inform future strategies.
Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Development, and Sales, to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates, share insights, and seek feedback.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and incorporate feedback.
Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship, with a desire to contribute to meaningful projects that promote positive change.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and demonstrating proficiency in various design styles and techniques.
Compensation :
Monthly Stipend: ₹8000/- per month (to be paid at the end of each month).
Food Allowance: Access to complimentary meals provided at Vinyasa Earth.
Accommodation: Shared accommodation in company-provided housing for the duration of the internship.

This is a paid internship position.
Your stay and food will be covered at Vinyasa.
Candidates must be able to provide their own computer and internet connection for remote work.
Flexible work hours may be available depending on the candidate's schedule and availability.
